Preparation and Condition
All vehicles are checked visually by RJR MOTORCYCLES LTD for faults, whereupon a road test is also carried out; however, it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure they are happy with the condition of the vehicle, taking into account its age, past history, mileage, description, and finally the selling price before any transfer of ownership. Older vehicles with high mileage may not be in as good condition as newer vehicles, and ultimately, the selling price will reflect this.

If your vehicle turns out to be faulty or you think it has been misdescribed, you have seven days after the purchase to request remedies such as repair or replacement. You should email
RJR MOTORCYCLES LTD ( sales@rjr-motorcycles.co.uk) to confirm the details of your complaint and the remedy you are seeking; however, please bear in mind that wear and tear is not a fault, and such items as brakes, clutch, tyres, bulbs, fork seals, batteries, and other consumables are not covered by any warranty.

All faults need to be reported within the first 30 days of purchase. Once the fault has been highlighted to us, we will investigate it to the best of our ability and rectify it where needed; however, if no fault is found or misuse is the cause, the costs incurred will be paid by the motorcycle owner.
